USE OF THE WEBSITE IS COMPLETELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>GOVERNING LAW<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Geeks on Site operates, excluding its conflict of law principles. \u2013 Look at RAS &amp; PhaseV.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TRADEMARK<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The trademark Geeks on Site is used by Island Ventures International Limited under authorization of Tech Support Services Inc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following additional terms and conditions apply to all interactions between you and Geeks on Site.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>SCOPE OF SERVICES<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Geeks on Site will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve your computer or tech support problem for a fee as set forth in the Site or as quoted on the telephone, as applicable. Geeks on Site may provide certain portions of its service via telephone, remote control session, online chat, email, or dispatching onsite technicians. Geeks on Site provides services that are available on a one-time basis, for a fee as well as subscription services, which are an entitlement to more than one service over a period, for a recurring fee. It also provides parts or computing equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Online services such as the \u201cFlat Fee Tune Up\u201d and \u201cGeeks For Life Plan\u201d will be performed and billed by Island Ventures International Limited.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Onsite services and products sold will be performed and billed by Tech Support Services Inc. After 12 months of no chargeable activity, your prepaid unused block hour(s) may expire.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>ORDER SUBMISSION<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You may order service from Geeks on Site by calling Geeks on Site. Fees for our services can be found on our\u00a0\u201cPricing Options\u201d page. Some services, parts, and computers ordered receive customized quotes by phone and\/or email. Once you place order you agree to pay fees for such service(s) and\/or product(s).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additional terms and conditions for each type of service are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Flat Fee Tune Up:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will perform tune up on computer as indicated in website regarding this service option.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Onsite service:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Onsite service shall be billed at the hourly rate quoted via telephone for all time spent on or off work site. Labor will be billed in quarter hour increments rounded to the nearest half-hour. A one hour minimum will be billed for any site visit to Client.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Geeks for Life Unlimited Remote Support Service Annual Plan:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A promotional first year annual subscription fee will be charged upon agreement. \u00a0 Thereafter, your annual renewals will be charged at the annual subscription price. This year long subscription fee will be charged indefinitely during subsequent years unless you call or email us letting us know you wish to cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time, however all annual charges prior to cancellation are non-refundable. The subscription fee grants you unlimited access to our online remote services, but you are not entitled to a refund if you did not utilize the service. Refunds for past subscription charges will not be made. You are responsible for plan fees up until time of cancellation. Some Clients may be charged a lesser annual amount due to promotion or discounted price offer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Geeks For Life Unlimited Remote Support Service Monthly Plan:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At our discretion, we may offer you a free 30 day trial of this service. During offer you are notified that after the 30 days there will be an automatic monthly subscription charge. If you agree to it, at the end of the 30 day trial period you will be charged the monthly subscription price. This fee will be charged indefinitely during subsequent months unless you call or email us letting us know you wish to cancel your subscription. Telephone and email reminders of available service will be made and sent to subscriber regularly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, however all monthly charges prior to cancellation are non-refundable. The subscription fee grants you unlimited access to our online remote services, but you are not entitled to a refund if you did not utilize the service. Some Clients may be charged a lesser monthly amount due to promotion or discounted price offer.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>PAYMENTS:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payments are secured via credit card information or ACH banking information provided by client during order submission or during onsite visit. Client agrees to not dispute charges with Credit Card Company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uncollected balances over 90 days will be considered in default and subject the Client to court costs, collection agency fees, and\/or legal fees incurred in collection.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Credit card and ACH\/ETF billing:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You hereby authorize Geeks on Site to charge and\/or place a hold on your credit card or electronically debit banking information you provide with respect to any unpaid charges for services or products. You authorize the issuer of the credit card or bank to pay any amounts described herein without requiring a signed receipt, and you agree that these charges are to be accepted as authorization to the issuer of the credit card or bank to pay any amounts described herein without requiring a signed receipt, and you agree that these charges are to be accepted as authorization to the issuer of the credit card to pay all such amounts. You authorize Geeks on Site to continue to attempt to charge and\/or place holds with respect to all sums described herein, or any portion thereof, to your credit card or bank until such amounts are paid in full. You agree to provide Geeks on Site with updated credit card or banking information upon Geeks on Site\u2019s request and any time the information you previously provided is no longer valid. You acknowledge and agree that neither Geeks on Site nor any Geeks on Site affiliated company will have any liability whatsoever for any non-sufficient funds or other charges incurred by you due to such attempts to charge, and\/or place holds on, your credit card or bank account. If you mistakenly provide a debit card number, instead of a credit card number, you authorize all charges described herein to be applied to such debit card unless and until you provide a credit card number. In the event you are enrolled, or later enroll, in an automatic payment or electronic funds transfer plan, you agree that all sums described herein may be charged, at Geeks on Site option, to the account number provided for such automatic payment or electronic funds transfer plan. When payment is made by credit card or debit card, payment will also be subject to the terms and conditions established by the credit or debit card issuer. If charges cannot be processed through your credit card, or if your bank draft or electronic funds transfer is returned for insufficient funds, we may charge you an additional $25.00 per transaction.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clients are responsible for all labor hours and\/or services performed and expenses incurred until cancellation. Additional terms for specific service options are more particularly described below. We will honor requests for refunds after you give us an opportunity to correct any problems.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>All services are refundable under the following circumstances with no questions asked:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Flat Fee Tune-Up<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remote technician cannot connect to your computer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you ask to cancel the initial service request within 48 hours of purchase and we never connected to your computer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If we cannot fix or solve your computer problem.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Onsite services<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On site technician is unable to fix your computer problem.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On site technician does not show up to appointment and no re-schedule request was submitted to you<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, onsite service orders that are cancelled by you (within 24 hours or less of date and time slot of the appointment) will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Failure to cancel, and upon arrival of technician to the site, a one-hour onsite service fee will be imposed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Geeks For Life Unlimited Remote Support Service Plan:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Request for refunds for unused remaining monthly subscription services are accepted upon request from subscribers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refunds are pro-rated remaining months and refunded once approved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>RETURN POLICY<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We take returns\/exchange only if the item was broken or damaged before it arrived at your home or business.\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We do not accept returns if a customer happens to be unsatisfied with a fully functional product.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We only accept damaged goods within the first 30 days (since purchase date). Warranty after the 30 days is provided only by the manufacturer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Restocking fee of 15% will be incurred by the customer if product is returned and not damaged.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refunds are approved and processed after it is confirmed that the item is back in our warehouse and meets the refund policy requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products that are not eligible for return will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received and is:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not purchased from GEEKS ON SITE.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial numbers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A product that exhibits physical damage.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>REFUND REQUEST<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thank you for purchasing our service and\/or subscription with Geek On Site.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you are not satisfied with our service and\/or subscription you may request a refund.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To request a refund please call\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"tel:1.800.806.0714\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.800.806.0714<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0any time between 8am and 8pm EST. If a refund is approved, we will initiate it and should be received in 5-7 business days.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>WARRANTIES<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Services:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Online service (Flat Fee Tune Up) may not be successful because the problem may be beyond our ability to resolve remotely online. Some problems require onsite service for completion. We will credit your account for online fees towards onsite service fees. If you choose not to receive onsite service, you are not entitled to a refund for online service.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All services include a\u00a0<\/span><b>7-day warranty<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Warranty is not valid if customer did not report service problems or dissatisfaction prior to 7 days from us informing you of completion of service.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Products:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All products will be billed at quoted prices. We are not responsible for product warranties. All product warranties must be handled directly with the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer\u2019s terms and conditions.
